 Jambalaya Stage - located within a marquee for 2000+ 
 music lovers featured a diverse billing of 
 International and Local Artists.

 An Acoustic Technologies Blackbird System of
 6x TLA312 Enclosures + 2x Groundswell 4000 Sub Bass
 per side provided superb high level, high definition
 sound reinforcement.

 
Acoustic Technologies at the Blues and Roots Music Festival
The 16th Annual East Coast International BLUES & ROOTS MUSIC FESTIVAL was staged at Red Devil Park - Byron Bay over the Easter 2005 holiday long weekend. This highly acclaimed event draws music lovers from all over the world to enjoy a top flight billing of local and international artists.
 
Once again Norwest Productions was chosen to provide the concert sound systems for all four music stages. An Acoustic Technologies TLA312 Blackbird Line Array System was chosen for the Jambalaya Stage situated within a large marquee capable of accommodating 2000+ music lovers. The system comprised Blackbird Line Arrays flown at the sides of the stage with six cabinets per array. Sub bass was provided by two Groundswell 4000 loudspeaker cabinets per side. Power amplification was rack-fulls of the new Ecler DT6800 Digital Power Amplifiers.
 
 
The APRA Stage, a new innovation for 2005, was a smaller outdoor stage positioned just within the front entrance to the festival, show-casing up and coming artists, solo acts etc.
 
Sound reinforcement for the APRA Stage was an Acoustic Technologies Firebird System featuring a CLA 1000 Composite Line Array plus a CLA LF2000 Sub Bass Enclosure for each side of the stage. Six SFM09 ultra-compact low profile wedges covered the artist's stage monitoring requirements. Power amplification was provided by Ecler DT6800 Digital Power Amplifiers.
 
All round the Acoustic Technologies' Systems performed flawlessly across the entire festival with numerous favourable comments from audience, performers and technicians alike.

 from his highly innovative musical instrument
 and assorted gadgetry.
